Héléna Carnal, born in 1969, graduated from the EPF in Lausanne in 1994, and worked in various architectural offices in Geneva and Lausanne from 1994 to 2002. She is registered in the Swiss Register of Architects REG A and is a member of the SIA.

Laurent Fragnière, born in 1964, graduated as an architect from the HES in Fribourg in 1989. Self-employed since 1999, he obtained a federal diploma in economics in 2000. Listed in the Swiss Register of Architects REG B, member of the GPA, he is a member of various town planning advisory commissions. President of the Lausanne Architecture Forum from 2007 to 2011.

Together, co-founders and directors of éo architectes sa since 2012, formerly Ipsofacto architectes SA. Combining our experience and skills for over 15 years, our activities cover the fields of architecture and urban planning. Our skills range from the design and development of projects to their realization. We also undertake technical studies, planning, supervision and control of execution processes. Where necessary, we combine our capabilities with those of other partners to safeguard the interests of our clients.
