The company would be founded in 2008 by Peter Saxer and registered as a limited liability company. The office consists of 1-3 employees and a simple, clear organizational structure. We maintain a flat hierarchy and seek direct decision-making channels. Through uncomplicated processes we can act quickly and flexibly.

In the broadest sense, we see ourselves as passionate and responsible co-creators of our built environment and thus of our society. When we are commissioned by our clients, we try to achieve a predefined goal at the highest possible design level in cooperation with many specialists, taking into account the co-determining factors of quality, time, cost, sustainability and other socio-cultural parameters such as laws, standards, politics, etc.. This requires an intensive dialogue with the client and all other persons involved in the project and a high willingness to engage with one's fellow human beings.
