Christian Dupraz Architectes (Les Acacias)

Christian Dupraz's transdisciplinary practice is rooted in the issue of living cities. He experiments with questions of form and distancing, and, through his projects, engages in an architecture of experience that finds its value in the precision of the means employed, and its power of simplification. Constant conversation with the historical, technical and cultural context, and consideration of contemporary issues, enables the recognition of a singular architectural style.

Co-founder and member of the committee of the MA, Maison d'Architecture de Genève (2007-2013), he leads the project to build the Centre d'Architecture, d'Urbanisme et de Design at the Pavillon Sicli, Geneva (2014-2015). Member of the board of the FBA, Fondation Braillard, Geneva (2009-2015), and of the FCAC committee, Fonds Cantonal d'Art Contemporain de l'Etat de Genève (2002-2010).
