atelier Objectifs SA (Carouge GE)

Since its creation in 2008, the workshop OBJECTIVES SA has been entrusted with the implementation of a series of studies and projects. The works carried out concern studies on collective or individual housing, education, industry and urban planning. In parallel, the workshop participates in local and international architectural competitions. Most of the projects are located in the Geneva region, but thanks to a network of reliable partners, the Workshop Objectives has been involved in the construction of projects in Valais, France and Vietnam. The workshop provides customized interventions tailored to the needs of the promoters and the specific characteristics of each project and site. Special attention is given to the existing elements and intrasequent values of a site. Recognizing and enhancing the elements that contribute to the identity of a place and its history are closely linked to the project-based approach within the workshop. The guiding principles of our work are appropriate responses to client requests, the search for quality in execution, and thorough control of construction details within deadlines and budgets. Within the workshop, the work is shared among the staff, but remains the result of a common approach. Although one person is responsible for managing each project, joint meetings are held regularly to conduct critical work to expand the range of possibilities, identify a coherent line, and thus achieve the most successful project. These exchanges are particularly fruitful for both the design and implementation phases of the project. They allow to identify possible weak points, to find improvements to the project and to develop many concepts in order to find the best solution.
