In almost fifteen years, our staff has almost doubled, while the office's annual sales have tripled. Such an evolution has necessitated a profound restructuring of our structure. Six units have been organized:

Administration Accounting Architecture Design Internships Learn Thanks to our size and organization, which is based on a staff of around twenty, we can combine flexibility and efficiency, and respond as quickly as possible to all kinds of customer requests. Since the death of Olivier Charrière, operational management has been taken over by the three members of the management board, Christophe Demierre, Christophe Jaquier and Nuno Tenera, while the sole director and shareholder is Emmanuelle Charrière. Since 2000, our workshop has been involved in the creation of over 150 properties of all sizes and types: public and private buildings, new constructions, extensions, modifications or renovations, one-off interventions or regional infrastructures. We have worked in a wide range of fields, deliberately avoiding any specialization. Whatever the program, our architectural approach has always remained the same:

architectural and spatial quality Dialogue with the environment (built or natural) functional efficiency attention to detail Respect for deadlines and budgets We deliberately refused to favor certain materials over others (structure, shell or cladding). The result is the absence of a perfectly adopted stereotyped "style", which is the result of taking into account four data each time unique:

a contracting authority a program a website a budget OCSA regularly takes part in competitions of all kinds. We have also acquired solid experience in partnering with other architectural firms who have provided design or construction services. We also work with a number of general contractors who have been carefully selected for their professional ethics and respect for architecture.
