Atelier d'Architecture A3 SA was founded in Bulle in 1986.

It is managed by a trio: founding member Yves Grandjean, and partners Micheline Sciboz and Fabrice Ruffieux since 2011. Our team of 23 employees specializes in the various phases of construction. We are able to offer advice, study and realization of all construction, conversion, renovation or refurbishment projects.

For 32 years, our ideas and experience have enabled us to put our skills to work on a wide range of important projects:

• Public spaces (schools, shopping centers, hotels, places of worship)
• Workplaces (factories, administrative buildings, exhibition centers)
• Housing projects (large or small luxury or social housing complexes)
• Single-family homes.

On the energy front, our office has been a partner of the Minergie label for several years, and we are certified to calculate your building's energy classification (CECB ®).

We also carry out appraisals of your buildings to determine their intrinsic market or yield value. We can also assist with legal appraisals.
