The architecture and construction firm ARTI14 SA is the fruit of hard work by real estate enthusiasts. It all began in 2002 with several emblematic projects in the Gruyère region. From there, a real passion was born, which led to the creation of ARTI14 SA in 2014. His philosophy: to develop high-quality structures that meet the needs of a demanding clientele and fit perfectly into the context.

The first project in 2002 was the transformation of the Hôtel de la Croix Blanche in Corbières into an eight-apartment building, while retaining the village restaurant, all with a breathtaking view of the Moléson, the Alps and Lac de la Gruyère.

In 2004, the adventure continued with the transformation of an old mill into a high-end home, as well as two contemporary villas, in Echarlens. In the same spirit, in Bulle, the renovation of a former truck depot into a two-apartment condominium with underground parking. Finally, in 2014, following several requests and the construction of a contemporary villa in Pont-la-Ville, the company ARTI14 SA was created to provide a solid structure.

Today, our company aims to develop projects that are above all qualitative. Our company's aim is to design and build original, contemporary structures that fit in with their surroundings. To achieve this, we take the time to find the best solution, in close collaboration with our demanding customers. Likewise, our company is committed to working as closely as possible with the local fabric, to ensure that the initial project is respected and integrated while enhancing the regional economy.
