We are also project designers for both new and existing buildings, and regularly take part in design competitions.

Express advice Are you thinking of buying or converting a property? We'll visit the property with you and, based on our experience, give you a neutral oral opinion. Flat-rate 500 fr. excl. tax (including travel within a 30 km radius of Fribourg).

Property valuation You own a house, a rental property or a farm. With a view to a sale or inheritance, you would like to know the market value of this property. After a visit, we'll draw up a valuation report. Ask us for a quote.

Expertise We can clarify responsibilities or establish the causes of damage or loss.

His job is then to project, plan and coordinate the work of the various craftsmen and engineers. Whether you're renovating a bathroom, digging a building out of the ground or organizing a competition, he'll defend your interests and take the hassle out of the construction process.

First meeting At our first meeting, we'll get to know each other and define your needs. Our sound advice will help you avoid any surprises before you buy a plot of land or a building. Unlike real estate agents, we are independent. This first meeting in our offices is free of charge.

The preliminary project Are your ideas clearer? On this basis, we'll draw up a preliminary project that we'll discuss, modify and refine with you. We'll check the legal framework and the project's suitability for your financial situation. A lump sum will be agreed in advance.

A team for you Are you up for it? Now's the time to draw up the contract and hire the other specialists you need: engineers, heating, ventilation, electrical and sanitary engineers.

The survey More precise plans are drawn up and the cost of the project is refined. Once you've approved them, the public inquiry procedure is launched. This usually lasts three months.

Call for tenders To get the best value for money, we issue invitations to tender to various companies, selected on the basis of their availability and expertise. We draw up more detailed plans based on your choices. Precise costs are known.
