Founded in 1997, Cittolin Polli Architects has grown naturally and steadily. This irresistible evolution has enabled the firm to establish itself firmly in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, and then internationally, as creative projects have won acclaim and technical challenges have been met. Today, the agency has completed a wide range of projects, including the legendary Hôtel de Ville in Crissier, prestigious chalets in the heart of the Swiss Alps, and urban projects such as the Résidence Grand Pré in Geneva, an eleven-storey building with around a hundred apartments.

ARCHITECTURE

Your architectural project takes place in several phases:

The first includes all feasibility studies, from the general architectural concept to the building permit. At the same time, a cost estimate is presented to you, based on a volume and then on quantity surveys. Then, all the necessary execution and detail drawings are produced at a scale suitable for tenders, in order to obtain the best value for money for each trade.

During the construction phase, the design architect constantly checks that the execution is in line with the basic architectural design.
