As the case may be, I am :

• Assistant to the Owner (AMO),
• DT assistant for private customers.

1: Assistant to the project owner.

Owners wishing to be represented by someone they can trust can hire me as an intermediary between them, the architect and the contractors. I am a Family Office Partner.

This allows the owner to have the opinion and expertise of someone neutral on the progress of the work.

In concrete terms, I check the conformity of bids and contracts, validate invoices or not, and take part in material selection meetings and site meetings. My role is not only to defend the client's interests, but also to explain the problems sometimes encountered by architects or contractors.

2: DT assistant for private customers

In this case, I take care of the complete management of small renovation projects, i.e. :

• CAD,
• Tenders,
• Comparison tables,
• Financial plans,
• Awarding of contracts,
• Site follow-up,
• Reports, photos...
• Bill of quantities.
• Acceptance of work,
• Invoice control...
• Surveying in collaboration with an architect.
