1997 Office founded in Zurich as a collective partnership by Max Dell'Ava and Pierre-Yves Rünzi.

2012 Transformation of the general partnership into a stock corporation.

We plan, build and advise. Our specialties are renovations of historical monuments, contemporary conversions and sophisticated interior design.

We consider simplicity and sustainability as economically and ecologically pioneering criteria.

Our work is characterized by care. It requires us to understand what is already there, to proceed with caution in planning and to act with foresight. We consciously select forms and materials and combine them to create an honest construction method. We work task-related and interdisciplinary with proven planners and specialists. This enables us to offer comprehensive overall solutions from simple to complex construction tasks.
