Wey und Partner (Sursee)

In 1966 Heinrich Wey founded the electrical planning and engineering office Elektro Wey in Lucerne. Together with four other employees, he and the team made a good name for themselves within a very short time. Elektro Wey's office quickly became associated with passion, competence, accuracy and versatility.

In 1980, the company was transformed into a joint stock company.

In 1996 the company was sold and continued under the name WEY + PARTNER AG.

In 2004, Wey + Partner AG moved from Lucerne to Sursee with eight employees. Within ten years, countless installation plans, circuit diagrams, fee quotes and meeting minutes left Bahnhofplatz 3 in Sursee.

In August 2014, the staff numbered one woman and 13 employees. In November of the same year, Wey + Partner AG was allowed to move into its newly built office in the Buchenhof residential and commercial building. With the move into a state-of-the-art Minergie building with the latest building technology, we also gave our external appearance a new look. This included a new logo and a new website.

In 2016, Wey + Partner AG celebrated its 50th anniversary. Together with our customers and business partners, we were able to toast the anniversary at various events. At the beginning of September, employees went on a three-day anniversary trip to the German capital Berlin.

After 22 years as managing director, Xaver Husmann handed over the management of Wey + Partner AG to Philipp Wicky on January 1, 2019. Wey + Partner AG employs around 20 people and trains four apprentices.
