Owners and potential buyers of buildings, especially of historical monuments, properties in qualified sites or outside the building zone, are often confronted with complex questions.

In order to set the right course from the beginning, a building consultation makes sense. It enables the clarification of open questions and needs before the actual project planning. It provides the relevant basis for decision-making and allows for solution-oriented cooperation with the technical and official agencies involved.

Through my many years of work as an architect and building consultant for the preservation of historical monuments in the canton of Bern, I have acquired a profound knowledge of the field and built up a broad network of experts.
