Our firm's consulting activities touch on the various fields of land-use, environmental, economic-financial and management planning in the service of public and private entities (municipalities, regions, canton, Patricians, various regional and cantonal entities, and private entities).

In setting and executing the mandates, special attention is paid to the principle of interdisciplinarity, aiming to make an effective contribution to the qualitative improvement of living and recreational spaces for people, the environment and the landscape.

Alongside the implementation of the various planning instruments provided for or imposed by law, with the package of services offered we want to emphasize the objective of qualitatively improving the decision-making bases (general or sectoral) on which a public, para-public or private entity bases its development strategies, as well as its choices of punctual intervention.

Studio Habitat.ch SA is the result of the confluence of activities between Mina&Partners SA (whose founder in 1961 was arch. Enea Mina, who later became co-owner in 2001 flanked by arch. Francesca Pedrina) and planning firm Publiplan SA (founded in 1989 by Fabio Pedrina and arch. Claudio Pellegrini, who had brought together the planning activities he had carried out since 1966 until then). Depending on specific project needs, specialists in the individual private firms are therefore involved in carrying out different project tasks.
