Individual and personal

We design and manage construction processes for new buildings and conversions of residential buildings, single and multi-family homes, hotels, industrial and office buildings, shopping centers as well as for the renovation of old buildings. Depending on the order volume, we offer our services either as a whole or individually.

Consulting

In our function as neutral building consultants, we support our clients in an advisory capacity throughout the planning and realization of a building project. If required, we also prepare building estimates and condition reports.

Building owner representation

On request, we represent our clients vis-à-vis architects and specialist planners. In order to keep you in control of the project status at all times, you will regularly receive clearly bundled information.

Overall coordination

To ensure that all information reaches the right people at the right time, we manage and coordinate all architects, engineers, specialists and craftsmen involved in the project.

Project planning

We plan and coordinate all project processes, observe the interfaces, monitor costs and realization, and ensure completion on schedule. This includes cost estimates, construction process and schedule planning.

Construction management

As site managers, we are responsible for the control, supervision, management and realization of the construction project. This includes cost, quality and schedule control on the construction site, coordination of individual works and specialists, logistics and project supervision including management of warranty works.

Cost planning & tendering

We prepare a detailed cost budget, guarantee ongoing cost control with complete cost transparency and prepare regular cost reports. This includes the preparation of bills of quantities, bidding and contracting as well as contract award negotiations.
