Our core activities clearly include the planning and realization of single-family and multi-family homes, whether as general contractor or on behalf of and for the account of third parties. In doing so, we can count on a long-standing and reliable network of craftsmen and suppliers.

Architecture, construction management, sales and general contracting:

• As a family business, our great goal is not to create an expensive and complicated work of art for you. We would like to work out an affordable project according to your ideas, in which you feel comfortable.

• Your first sketches and ideas are very important to us, because we do not want to realize our dreams, but your wishes.

• We bring together our great and long experience with your ideas.

• For all services such as pre-project, project and preparation phase, execution as well as the final phase we are your contact.

• We accompany you personally when it comes to choosing the kitchen, sanitary appliances, flooring, front doors, interior doors, etc. and give you valuable tips.

• It is very important for us to support you during the whole building project and to take most of the building pressure off you.

• Since we come from the handicraft, it is of enormous importance to us to be present during the building of the house (excavation up to handing over of the house). We do not check the construction progress weekly, but at least once a day. This is the only way to keep track of quality and costs.

• In the sale of real estate (apartments, single-family houses) we also have great experience and are always ready to work out a sales concept together with you.

• As a general contractor we also realize single-family houses and apartment buildings. Our maxim is: No luxury objects at fantasy prices, but solid buildings at fair prices. We then sell these properties ready for occupancy.
