Bureau Sekkiou Architectes was founded 26 years ago in Nyon in French-speaking Switzerland in 1994 by Karim Sekkiou architect HES/ETS

The office is equipped with 6 computer systems - Macintosh Imac , including ARCHICAD 24

Our team consists of:

1 architect HES/ETS draughtsman-project manager / French and English speaking

1 architect HES/ETS draftsman / French and Italian speaking

1 draughtsman-works manager / French and Italian speaking

1 4th year apprentice / French, Portuguese and Spanish speaking

Our knowledge is varied in the fields of architecture and our skills extend to minergie houses, family homes, multi-family housing, administrative premises, shops, renovation, elevators and expert appraisals.

Our customers include individuals, insurance companies, local businesses, Swiss and French companies, and local authorities. We are particularly pleased to note that many of our existing customers return for further mandates.

What are the fees of a property management company? Our fees depend on three factors: the cost of the operation, the complexity of the project and the scope of the work entrusted to us. Fees can be calculated according to three options: 1 Fixed-price remuneration 2 Percentage of work 3 Disbursement-based remuneration

Karim Sekkiou's services include the definition of an architectural concept, a listening ear and professional advice, project programming and management, project implementation and an economic strategy.
