Ruumfabrigg is an architecture firm founded in 2016 with headquarters in Glarus North and Zurich. Regardless of the type and size of a project, we are interested in the space that is created for people. In discussions and in the collaborative design process, we engage with what can be found on site and its open possibilities. We discover potentials that the viewer may only discover at second glance. This forms the basis for our concepts and ultimately we give added value back to the place. In order to be able to guarantee quality during implementation as well, we monitor our construction sites ourselves. Previous projects are a testament to our expertise in dealing with existing buildings. With an understanding of space, we also oversee projects on the borderline of spatial planning on the scale of entire villages or areas. In addition to construction and design work, we are involved in official bodies (cantonal preservation of historical monuments Schwyz, revision of the land use planning Glarus Nord) and teaching (as lecturer at the HSLU in the architecture department). We stand for a good building culture, also in the countryside and not only in the city, and represent our attitude towards the outside world.
