New buildings and conversions, site superstructures, interior design and more in the German-speaking part of Switzerland

Our office was founded by me, Susanne Freiberg Rüpp, in 2011 as Rüpp Architektur GmbH. Since then, I have been running the office as owner and managing director. Meanwhile, I am supported by four permanent employees and an external interior designer and 3D specialist. Thus we form a broadly positioned team with many competences.

The focus of our office is mainly on conversions and renovations of existing properties. Many large investors of multi-family houses are among our regular clients, for whom we always have the yield optimization in mind and thus make the property a profitable investment. - And we do this throughout German-speaking Switzerland, from St.Gallen to Bern and from Basel to Lucerne.

Our customers appreciate our uncomplicated, flexible manner and the quick processing of pending orders. We are also available to provide advice and assistance when it comes to purchasing new investment properties. In this way, even before a new acquisition is made, the and calculate the maximum return on investment. We also support our clients in their purchase decisions during inspections prior to new purchases.

In the case of conversions and new buildings, we take on the planning work, from the initial project study, through obtaining the building permit, the implementation planning, right up to the realization. We then leave the realization of the planned conversions to competent and long-standing partners.
