Architecture and project planning

You would like to realize your project and need support?
With pleasure I am at your disposal. Whether it is an extension, conversion, renovation or even a new building, I will be happy to help you with the first steps up to the completion of construction.

Through an inspection of the property and a personal conversation, I will be happy to provide you with an initial cost estimate. Thereby essential points of the project can be included, for example energy-efficient building.

Construction management and supervision

You do not want to supervise the whole construction yourself? I will be happy to support you from the planning stage through to the completion of the building. I will gladly take over administrative tasks or construction cost controls up to the final construction settlement for you.

Through the transparency and the constant construction cost control you are always up to date. You determine the contractors, I help you with the awarding and the tenders.

You would like to take over the construction management yourself? No problem! I will be happy to draw up the execution plans for you with your cooperation and can also accompany you if you wish.

Building surveys

Through good and well-founded building surveys, preliminary projects, plan studies, building entry plans and much more can be created. Are you an architect, woodworker or do you need an exact dimensional survey of a building or parts of it? Contact me so that we can discuss the dimensional survey. Through the exchange of various data formats it is possible to communicate between different drawing programs.
