Philosophy

The team concept is our top priority, whether for our client or during implementation with our planning teams and the contractors. Neighborhoods and authorities should also be involved in the process. Four elements are very central: safety, quality of execution, deadline and cost.

Project Management

Project and implementation planning is carried out by a planning partner. For conversions and / or renovations where no structural or spatial changes have been made, we can also cover the planning.

Construction management

In a team with a planning partner, we carry out cost recording, submissions, cost management and the organization of the construction with the local construction management. These interfaces are carefully discussed in advance to ensure mutual support between the planning and execution companies at every stage of the project and implementation.

Customer Consulting

The support and control as a representative of a customer in the operational construction process can trigger this distance with a view to the essentials.
