Martinelli e Rossi Sagl (Mendrisio)

The Martinelli and Rossi Sagl firm was established in 2000.

We listen to the desires and needs of those who will use a space, observe the territory that hosts it and study its balance, so that the intuition of what is to come is the right compromise between these elements: innovation, respect for the territory, sustainability, functionality, constructive rigor, aesthetic research, light and space.

The preliminary design comes from understanding the client and the site. The final design is the result of our knowledge of construction techniques and the art of the trade without losing sight of requirements, timelines and economic aspects. The demand for workmanlike construction and the rigorous selection of suppliers are the basis of a successful project. Construction management is our challenge to ensure adherence to quality, timelines, costs and construction rigor.
