We draw up plans and know how to read them. And we are fortunate to work for responsible clients, with highly motivated architects and engineers, helping to implement the plans for special buildings. And special buildings are all those that are prudently and sustainably conceived and designed. We always know that what is ecologically sensible also proves to be economically correct in the medium and long term.

Our range of services includes everything that has to do with value and price in the construction sector.

Value implies quality in a comprehensive sense. And we have made quality our most important goal, in all our functions.

In doing so, we act in a consulting capacity, remunerated according to the proven expenditure of time. However, as soon as it concerns basic architectural services, such as cost determination, tendering or cost monitoring, I can be involved in a team and be remunerated according to the rates of the architectural contract. Double fees do not arise for this.

More and more building owners, who do not want to be deprived of the right to make their own decisions about important matters, want a single contact person who is responsible for ensuring that cost and schedule targets are met.
