The company KOCH AG is committed to building. The areas of timber construction, architecture, real estate and general contracting are the tasks it undertakes in building.

KOCH AG was founded in 1926 and is now managed by the third generation.

The company KOCH AG is active in the following areas:

Architecture: Our architecture plans objects in the area of single-family houses and multi-family houses, but also industrial and commercial buildings. Subsequently, the objects are realized by our planning office.

Timber construction: Our timber construction is active in the field of constructive timber construction as well as timber frame construction. With our CNC-controlled plant in a heated production hall, we can prefabricate independently of the weather.

Properties: The real estates built by us are sold by us. In addition, we are active in the field of land development, i.e. we develop construction projects on land and realize them, for third parties or on our own account.

General contracting: As a general contractor, we offer our customers everything they need for the realization of their projects from one source. The customer gets one contact person. The defined service is provided at a fixed price, whereby the completion date is clearly defined.
