INFABRICA architettura e design (Tesserete)

The building's massing "accompanies" the course of the road with the gradual degradation from west to east of its downstream elevation, also "adapting" to the morphology of the terrain by shifting the internal floors.

This concept is highlighted and reinforced in the "lively" design of the south elevation.

The main entrance to the building and covered uncovered parking spaces along the street boundary formally complements the path of the existing retaining wall, creating a "sober" and linear street front.

The insertion of the building into the ground allows it to relate well to the surrounding environment, mitigate the plan volumetric impact in the territory and define new "private" outdoor spaces differently oriented but in close relationship with each respective apartment.
