**3. Our turnkey price The turnkey price shown in the attached price list includes all construction costs. It covers the building according to the general description below, including cellar and site installation. Our package includes many extras, which for others are available only at substantial extra cost - or not at all.

**4. Our services

Agreements with the commune, planning documents, acceptance of the plot, preparation and submission of documents for building permits, including all secondary applications. Preparation of overall and detailed construction plans, awarding of work, site management and advice during construction; settlement of payments, insurance and tradesmen's invoices, as well as the final construction account, acceptance of the building and handover to the customer, including warranties and final settlement.
