gmsarchitectes is able to provide the full range of architectural services in accordance with the SIA 102 standard, from feasibility studies to implementation. As far as possible, the office also takes part in 2 or 3 architectural competitions per year.

gmsarchitectes also offers its skills to professional and non-professional clients in a wide range of fields: management / planning / maintenance and upgrading of built heritage / advice on procedures and organization of calls for tender in accordance with public procurement regulations / organization of architectural competitions / interdisciplinary coordination / expertise.

gmsarchitectes operates mainly in the cantons of Neuchâtel, Vaud and Bern. Current projects range from the rehabilitation of old buildings, renovation and energy upgrading to the design and construction of new small and medium-sized buildings. For large-scale projects, the company works in partnership with architects, engineers and contractors.
