GM Architectes Associées (Genève)

Founded in 1990, GM Architectes Associés (GMAA) is run by five partners and boasts a highly motivated team of over thirty architects based in Geneva, Paris and the Rhône-Alpes region.

GMAA is active in a wide range of fields, including new architecture, renovations, interior design, urban planning and landscape architecture.

Our team welcomes every new challenge. For each specific project, great importance is attached to a continuous search for innovative solutions to enable the synthesis of environmental, legal, financial and technical requirements.

What's more, all our projects take into account human relations and the way in which residents and users will experience the building.

Throughout each project, our customers (private, institutional or public) are our partners. An important part of our work is to listen to them, to understand and discuss their expectations, and to collaborate with them at every stage of the project. There is no set solution, but a process based on common understanding and shared points of view.

Our aim is not only the quality and aesthetics of our architectural work, but also its sustainability. Our projects increasingly incorporate the latest construction and technical standards, enabling us to obtain specific certifications (Minergie, Breeam, etc.).
