Genazzi Roberto (Bellinzona)

I graduated in 1988 from the then STS, now SUPSI, receiving the Maraini Prize and the Schindler Prize for best media. From 1988 to 1993 I worked for a number of architectural firms in Canton Ticino. In 1993, at the age of 28, I decided to start my own business. In recent years I have done a lot of work, almost all for private clients, building single houses (new or renovated), duplexes or apartment buildings, but also some public establishments such as bars and stores. I personally follow the work from design to delivery of the building. I also perform real estate appraisals for some banks, public and private entities. I also do construction supervision for third parties.

The choice to open the firm turned out to be the right one, as I have always been able to enjoy the freedom that being independent offers. Freedom of time, choices, opinions and ideas.

Over these years I have met many people with whom I have created a great relationship of first work, and then friendship. I am talking about my collaborators, workers, and also my clients, with whom I have always kept in touch even after work. The profession of architecture, despite the undeniable difficulties, is a beautiful profession that I do with pleasure, enthusiasm and professionalism!
