Fastarch (Kilchberg ZH)

The architectural office eth / sia of Fastarch was founded as a sole proprietorship of Fabian Staehelin, dipl. architect eth / sia, 8810 in Horgen. The studio is located in the office of Bureau Brauer 45 in Zurich. If required, another architect, two communication specialists and designers as well as two architectural visualizers are available internally.

Depending on the object, we put together an individual project team. We currently employ two architects and work with an external construction manager.

We speak German, English, Francais, Spanish. We are very familiar with building in an international environment. We take into account your individual wishes and cultural background.

We offer more than twenty years of experience in all project planning and construction phases. We advise you on the purchase of a house or land. We prepare real estate analyses and utilization calculations. We clarify building law requirements and establish contact with the authorities. We advise you on energy issues.

We plan new buildings, extensions, conversions and renovations from dog houses to skyscrapers.

We prepare preliminary projects, determine construction costs, prepare building applications, deal with authorities, prepare implementation planning, coordinate construction management, acceptance tests, cost control, etc.
