Our work Trust

Architectural services, planning and construction management, are a matter of trust. They cannot be measured and they are - always - also connected with disappointments. It is therefore all the more important to find the right partner. Therefore, inquire about our buildings and talk to references. The prerequisite for a fruitful and satisfying cooperation is then given.

Energy

Around 1990, standards such as Minergie and Passive House were created to show easily comprehensible ways to achieve low energy consumption. Even before these standards became known, we were allowed to undercut these standards in the first pilot buildings. Since 2008 we support the new energy policy of the canton of Thurgau by numerous energy diagnoses and energy efficient projects.

Costs

Optimal cost statements are a justified demand of every building owner and an important goal of our work. However, they require a certain planning lead time, which is not without risks. Keeping to the cost estimate, which is available before the start of construction, is a matter of honor for us and, fortunately, has always been successful for many years.

Craft

To join components cleanly and also to be able to read them on the finished building is very important to us, both aesthetically and technically. We take competent craftsmen seriously and avoid acting against their recommendation. Clean joining, as coined by Mies van der Rohe or Renzo Piano, for example, is an imperative for us in terms of sustainability as well as design.
