Carbone Interior Design AG was founded in 2000 by Claudio Carbone as a sole proprietorship. After more than 20 years, Claudio Carbone has handed over the operational management of Carbone Interior Design AG to Hermann Fürlinger. The company continues to stand behind the philosophy and working methods of the founder. The Carbone team works in the Swiss village of Wolfhalden. The 18th-century estate, equipped with modern offices, sits high on a mountain with sweeping views of Lake Constance. A former cow barn guards the showroom, which resembles a tantalizing treasure trove with its shimmering samples of materials stacked and lined up on the ceiling.
