Bernasconi and Forrer engineering and surveying SA is a company formed in 2014 by the merger of the engineering firms Maderni Capezzoli Forrer Sagl (founded by engineer Walter Maderni in 1921) and Gisi and Bernasconi SA (founded by engineer Antonio Gisi in 1971). Our activity on the cantonal territory in surveying, cadastre and rural engineering can thus boast several decades of experience!

The current co-owners are Martino Forrer, Cristiano Bernasconi and Fabio Forrer all of whom are engineers who graduated from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich and are registered surveyors in the Federal Register of Surveyors.

Today the office employs 24 people. These are highly skilled and experienced professionals who work using modern surveying and data processing systems concerning the territory. In its many years of activity, the company has earned the trust of public agencies, cantonal offices, municipalities, consortia, construction companies, engineering firms, architectural firms and private clients who appreciate our expertise, the quality of our work and the speed with which we complete the work entrusted to us.

The firm recognizes the importance of good training and consequently has always been committed to training apprentices in the field of geomatics (especially cadastral surveying and technical surveying).

The services and activities of our firm revolve around the central themes of:

• cadastral surveying (cadastre)
• technical surveying (related to construction and infrastructure works)
• land management

So more specifically of mapping, geodetic monitoring, geodetic base networks, topographic and architectural surveys, real estate appraisals and future evidence, computerization of land use plans, land improvements, municipal engineering, construction, pipeline cadastre, property by plans (PPP)
