As an architecture and real estate company, we specialize in the development of residential and commercial real estate, mainly consisting of solid wood elements from our own production. Our services range from planning and shell construction to turnkey construction of the property.

We are organized in a holding structure. In this sense we are a subsidiary of Schmidiger Unternehmerungen AG (Holding). The sister company Sägerei Schmidiger AG focuses on the production of solid wood elements suitable for the construction of single-family houses to six-storey apartment buildings (panel formats up to 14 mx 3 m). They enable rational and efficient construction using wood as a natural and ecological building material. The solid wood elements are made of raw materials from the Entlebuch biosphere and are awarded the "Genuine Entlebuch" label. The entire wood and forest management cycle in the region is taken into account, in line with the concept of sustainability.
