Vision and mode of operation

I am committed to the design of holistic sustainable living spaces. Thereby the health of humans and nature are in the center. I am committed to sustainable project development in the construction industry and focus on . My focus is on building with natural building materials, on circular and self-sufficient building as well as on permaculture "cycles" and the moderate use of building technology.

I develop and accompany projects process-oriented and in dialogue. My strength is to develop both the personal and the common potential in project teams to achieve the best result for all involved. Any tensions that may arise in the course of the project I skillfully cushion with positive energy and the dialogical connection of the different needs, so that innovative project results can emerge.

1. consulting, accompaniment, mediation

I develop visions for the future, strengthen concepts and let them mature in order to realize visions, accompany competitions and evaluate them in juries. I advise and represent clients and builders, accompany decision-making processes and resolve conflicts with mediation and mediation between the parties. I plan strategically and develop concepts for new buildings and conversions, renovations of old buildings as well as site and property conversions.

1. coaching in companies and institutions

In my coaching and training programs I offer potential development within companies and institutions. With my holistic approach, a large portion of humor and a broad partner network I design my training programs individually and need-oriented.

Individual coaching is also part of my offer. I accompany people on their way from profession to vocation. Step by step we tap again into the power of life energy to discover the true potential.

1. realizing together, building with natural building materials

I accompany builders or communities who want to build themselves and support in the execution with clay, straw and/or other natural building materials on site.
