arch4: team, projects, philosophy "When good people get together, they usually come up with something," said Ivan Chuvelev in 1996. This sentence became the credo for a creative team called Arch4. Even the first project, the "airplane apartment" in 1997, was groundbreaking. Is it possible to integrate elements of a fighter jet into an apartment and combine them with the rest of the design in such a way that the occupant feels as if he is on board an aircraft?

Like all of Arch4's projects, this one stands out for its attention to thoughtful detail.

In our projects, we relied on teamwork and the skills and creativity of each employee. The results are boutiques on Stoleshnikov Pereulok, various private houses and large urban projects. We want to realize construction projects that can compete in the global market. Therefore, we check all the details of a project several times and try to apply the latest techniques of our industry. We succeed in this, among other things, thanks to our Swiss partner, who made Arch4 an international company. Swiss precision was combined with Russian imagination and gave us four working languages: Russian, English, German and French.

The partners founded Arch4 in 2000 and soon made a name for themselves with their own authoring projects. We also work for a number of European luxury brands (Hérmes, Louis Vuitton, Vacheron Constantin, Cartier, Piaget and others): We take over the project management for the expansion of their boutiques in Moscow. It is not only our creativity that is in demand: the quality requirements are high, the deadlines are usually strict and tight, and the clients and suppliers speak a wide variety of languages. We can meet all these requirements. Arch4 has managed more than 60 projects in recent years. In Moscow, the boutiques of Cartier, Channel and Dior have been opened in cooperation with international designers. However, we were also general planners for a clubhouse in Barvikha, outside Moscow (2001), a sports facility in Nefteyugansk (2003) and a shopping mall in the Moscow suburb of Mytishchi (40,000 m2). In addition, we undertake the planning and construction management of large country houses (1'500 -7000 m2) for private clients around Moscow, but also abroad (Lake Geneva, Côte d'Azur).

We are constantly working on a variety of different projects. Our success is based not only on the fact that we work with a team of good architects. Equally important is our experience in project management and our excellent network of subcontractors, transporters and representatives of the trades in Russia and Europe. We work strictly within the agreed budget and attach great importance not only to quality, but also to the fact that all deadlines and costs are strictly adhered to.
