Design and planning We are pleased with every task - from small to large; because every task requires its situational and typological, as well as needs-oriented solution.

When designing, we model the future. Based on our broad experience, a project is analyzed, played through with the help of various solution variants and thus the individually optimized, modern and sustainable solution is found for the client.

Our experience is based on a density of completed works: from small-scale construction to single-family and multi-family houses to residential developments with design plans to new designs, conversions and extensions of commercial buildings.

Within the narrow limits of the city center we renovate and extend technically demanding buildings. In the outskirts, we realize larger developments with district planning obligations and tasks with requirements for handicapped and age-appropriate construction.

For private clients, we plan everything from bathroom conversions and attic conversions to complete new buildings.
