Studies Together with you, we define the functional and economic framework for project planning. The feasibility of the specifications is checked by means of a project study and optimal solution variants are defined for the preparation of a preliminary project.

The preliminary project is developed into a project ready for construction, costs and deadlines are determined and the building permit procedure is initiated. Implementation plans are prepared on the basis of the building permit.

Planning Implementation planning begins after the building application is submitted or during the building permit process. In higher-level meetings, we plan and coordinate the building services concept with the specialist planners for the points of heat generation, heat distribution, ventilation and other focal points and interfaces. At the same time, the working plans required for construction, such as floor plans, sectional plans, elevation plans and detail plans, are prepared.
