Designing, planning, and executing are among the core competencies of an architectural office. A sensible construction and good building quality should ensure durability, but also allow flexibility for later adjustments and changes. Sustainability and long-term preservation of substance are part of our concept. Our buildings should express factual beauty, appear fresh, clear and timeless and outlast the current epoch. We consider the rational use of energy not only for the construction but also for the operation of the building. We consider the use of alternative energies. Cost fairness and economic feasibility are a self-evident goal for us. We do not understand deadline justice as hasty planning, but rather speedy and efficient construction. The basis for quality, cost and schedule control is serious planning. With well thought-out scheduling and in-depth cost planning, consistent, periodic schedule and cost control is transparent and meaningful. The same applies to the control of construction quality. As important as systematic controlling are well-trained, motivated employees who have been trained on various objects and for whom the work processes are well-rehearsed.
