CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND ARCHITECTURE Studio Bondini e Colombo Sagl was founded in 2013 by Marco Bondini and Filippo Colombo, who since the beginning of their careers have been involved in the management of construction sites on the territory of Ticino and now boast decades of experience in the field of Construction Management and collaborations with leading architectural firms operating on the territory. The firm directs the entire process of the construction site following step by step the client and the designer in all phases related to the development of the project and the realization, until the final delivery and deals specifically with:

• Site planning, organization and management.
• Collaboration with architectural firms for the development of the executive phases of the project.
• Preparation of estimates, specifications and accounting according to CCC / eCCC-E.
• Appraisals and future proofs.
• Working alongside clients for general supervision of projects or construction sites managed by third parties. To date, more than 20 public and private mandates are handled.
