Maison Durable SA, founded in 2011 by David Melly, is a technical office specializing in the energy optimization of buildings as well as in the planning and realization of new buildings and renovations.

The Ayer-based company operates mainly in the Anniviers commune, but also in the Orsières region, with the creation of a branch office in June 2012, under the responsibility of Mr. Fabrice Cotture.

Since March 2020, Maison Durable SA has partnered with Kevin Epiney Sàrl to form Atelier 3961, which operates mainly in the Val d'Anniviers and Sierre regions.
