Established first in Lausanne and since 2011 in Morges, the office was founded in 1987 by Pascal de Benoit with his friend Martin Wagner, with whom he was a partner until 2016.

With a small team of experienced, stable and motivated collaborators, the office takes an interest in all architectural and construction projects, bringing them to fruition by handling all phases from project to completion.

The team aims to be imaginative and sensitive, yet realistic, efficient and responsible. The office works as a team and in synergy with partner specialists (civil engineers, CVSE, acousticians, artists, landscapers, etc.). Great attention is paid to quality, integration into the context, project simplicity, functionality, economic and energy efficiency, light, aesthetics and harmony. Great care is taken to meet costs and deadlines. A relationship of trust and dialogue is fostered with the client. With an eye to the future, the office is equipping itself and training in BIM methodology.

Each project is unique, and must respond to a program and cost, deadline or regulatory constraints, while promoting quality of life. The challenge is to create and optimize qualities and to give full satisfaction to all stakeholders, present and future.

The key word is understanding: understanding a customer, a location, a program; understanding a budget, a schedule; understanding construction, materials and their application; understanding techniques, ecology and sustainable development; understanding politics, laws and regulations; understanding the ethics of the profession.
