the architecture We advise and support you in the planning and design of your building project. This includes the preparation of the preliminary project and building application, as well as the execution and detailed design of buildings. Thanks to the latest CAD software, we work in a professional and timely manner.

Construction management We cover all areas of construction management, from estimates and variances to local construction management and billing. Decades of experience and the use of up-to-date software make us very efficient in this area.

Statics We plan and dimension the load-bearing structure of your building. The area of responsibility is limited to structural engineering made of wood, steel or concrete. We prepare the construction plans as well as timber, parts and iron lists of your building project.

Energy We advise you on energy issues. In case of renovations, this includes the evaluation of the existing energy consumption and the identification of optimization possibilities. We take care of the application for financing of renovation works, but also prepare the energy certificate for your new building. We are newly certified GEAK® expert
