PHILOSOPHY

Building in existing structures is our theme. We strive for a differentiated elaboration for each task area. At the center of our thinking are the content of a task and its context, in which we search for atmospheric qualities.

The architectural project is the result of taking into account the client's concerns, usage requirements, functional conditions and questions of sustainability.

We want to appeal to the inhabitants of our architecture on an emotional level by giving the building a character.

Conversions in particular often involve the perception of hidden qualities of the existing building. We therefore develop new architectural concepts that make careful use of the existing building fabric.

Our working methods lead to individual solutions and a wide variety of results.

STUDIES AND CONCEPTS: Feasibility study, formulation of requirements, inventory analysis, space analysis, study of possible solutions, materialization, contact with authorities, rough cost estimate.

Clarifications with the Office for Spatial Development and Geoinformation (building outside building zones) or the Office for the Preservation of Historical Monuments.

PROJECT DESIGN: Preliminary project, construction project, 3D building model. Building application. Color and material concept, rough schedule, cost estimate.

TENDERING: Tender bases, invitation to tender, construction cost calculation, cost comparisons, contract award applications, cost estimate.

EXECUTION PLANNING: Implementation plans, detailed plans, contracts for work.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT: Schedules, stage-by-stage implementation, coordination, control, construction cost accounting, documentation, management of warranty work.
