G. Comina SA (Verbier)

Les bureaux d'architecture Comina, a family history....Founder René Comina set up the 1st architectural office in Sion in 1947.
His sons joined the family business after graduating as architects.

The Verbier office was established under the name Celcot SA in 1967, until 1987, when the name was changed to G. Comina SA. The Gabriel SA office in Crans-Montana was founded in 1985.

Since 1997, Mr. Grégoire Comina, son of the founder, has single-handedly managed a dynamic team of 55 employees across the 4 sites, with a new office in Zermatt having opened in December 2013.

Creativity, attention to detail, rigorous architectural design, respect for prices and deadlines are the watchwords of our mission.

Delegated project management (MOD) - Assistant project manager (AMO)

Representation and assistance of customers in dealings with architects or contractors on a general or specialized basis for the following tasks (non-exhaustive list):

- Supervising the project led by the contractor (Mr. X and his architect)

- Advising and reflecting on the contractor's proposals or actions

- Assisting and informing the client about additional costs or cost reductions calculated by the architect, after review

- Finalize with the architect the most precise description of materials

- Find solutions to ensure that the cost of materials corresponds to the materials chosen

- Check that all work on site has been carried out and that it corresponds to the materials description

- Monitor construction progress on a weekly basis and report to the client

- Give instructions on the site according to the decisions made by the project owner

- Assist the client in the acceptance of the work, evaluation of apparent defects according to tolerances and law.
