HISTORY The architectural office Ritter Schumacher AG was created on January 1, 2014 from the merger of architektschumacher ag and Ritter Jon Architekten AG. In doing so, architektschumacher ag can look back on a 47-year history and Ritter Jon Architekten AG on a 13-year history. In 1967 Christian Schumacher, father of Michael Schumacher, founded the office. In 2000 Michael took over the management. In the same year Jon Ritter opened his own architectural office in Chur and Vaduz. In 2014 the merger of both companies took place. Ritter Schumacher AG now employs around 40 people: architects, draftsmen, interior designers, apprentices, 3D specialists, graphic designers, project managers, construction managers, administration and marketing staff.
