Ris Antoine (Genève)

For more than 25 years, Antoine Ris has developed his activities within ichnos sa, now ris_chabloz arctitectes sa and now within a new structure called ris + partners architectes sa.

In his various roles, Antoine Ris has distinguished himself on several occasions by winning numerous prizes in architectural and urban planning competitions. The prize-winning work for the new village of Chêne-Bougeries and for the reconstruction of the Beirut souks are examples of the diversity of his activities. He has also worked at local, national and international levels, notably heading up projects in Canada, New Zealand and the United States. In the course of his various offices, Antoine Ris has distinguished himself on several occasions by winning numerous prizes in architectural and urban planning competitions. The prize-winning work for the new village of Chêne-Bougeries or for the reconstruction of the Beirut souks are examples of the diversity of his activities. He has also worked at local, national and international levels, notably on projects in Canada, New York and Dubai. He has also carried out numerous feasibility studies and offered project management services, such as that carried out for the rehabilitation of Uni-Dufour with Japanese artist Tatsuo Myajima.

Today, the office employs around thirty architects, with an average age of thirty. ris + partners sa has become a veritable platform of professionals. This new framework has enabled employees to continue to progress, while acquiring greater independence in the management of mandates. The staff is made up of both an in-house team and external architects who work together on a case-by-case basis. With their solid professional experience, they form a versatile team, capable of handling a wide variety of architectural projects, from the construction of housing, commercial and public buildings to the study of more complex urban planning issues.
