It is possible that the architect of the trust has already been determined, but there is no one on site to manage the renovation of the project and establish contacts with the contractors. As an intermediary between the architect, the client and the contractors, we ensure that the renovation or new construction proceeds smoothly and that there is a flawless accounting after the project is completed.

Client consulting and construction supervision Construction is a complex matter and as a layman you are sometimes overwhelmed. The technologies and the range of products in architecture are almost unlimited. The range of service providers is also numerous and it is difficult to separate the wheat from the chaff. We are at our customers' side, whether throughout the entire project in an accompanying and advisory capacity or only for individual issues. Our customers benefit from our more than two decades of experience - even in very demanding projects.

Cost control Not everyone likes to deal with invoices, payments and payment terms, but nevertheless attaches great importance to clear and well-structured construction accounting.

On behalf of the client, we keep costs within the framework set by the client and keep construction accounts transparent and understandable.

Condition analyses and reports We estimate the value of a property, evaluate properties according to their structural condition, and advise on the purchase of a property. We also prepare reports for insurance companies and in the event of litigation.
