While still training as a structural draftswoman, I was given the opportunity to gain insight into the professional world of construction managers. It quickly became clear to me that this profession was the one for me. In order to gain practical experience, I completed a masonry and plastering internship at the company where I was training. This gave me insights into the real thing - what is created on the plan and how it is implemented. To open further doors for myself, I attended the technical vocational baccalaureate after successfully completing my apprenticeship. The foundation stone was thus laid. In order to gain a foothold in the construction industry, I started as a junior construction manager at Allreal GU AG in Berne immediately after graduating from high school. I was involved in many interesting projects. During this time, I also attended the Construction Management School in Aarau. From then on, many interesting projects followed. Soon I was no longer a junior BL, but a construction and project manager. In addition to Allreal GU AG, I was employed as a construction manager by Strässler Architektur in Biel, p-4 GU AG in Zug and Alvar Architektur in Biel.

Thus, I have always remained faithful to the world of construction over the past 20 years and continue to see my profession as a vocation - with a lot of ambition and dedication, with a lot of will and drive. I have experience in residential and industrial buildings. So not only local construction management suits me, but also everything that goes with it. Planning, scheduling, cost calculations, contracting, awarding contracts, submissions.

I also have experience in the areas of buyer support and consulting. In 2015 then followed the step into self-employment. To this day, I have always been a loyal boss and an ambitious employee. In the still young career of the Leemann Bau(beg)Leitung GmbH I can consider myself lucky to have already realized many beautiful and interesting objects and orders. I take on mandates for general contractors and building owners in the following areas: Construction management (e.g. preparation of submissions incl. comparison of offers and bidding and contracting) Substitutions for local construction management Conversions of private building owners Conversion and renovation orders

I look forward to the future and to many more interesting assignments, which I will, as usual, complete with full commitment and a cheerful nature.
