WHO WE ARE.

Activities as an independent company began in 1986, initially as an associated architectural firm. In 2016, the company reached the milestone of 30 years of uninterrupted activity in architectural design and construction. The company is based in the Lugano region and operates mainly in Switzerland in the Canton of Ticino. Employees with established experience have always been employed.

ACTIVITIES

Areas of activity include all phases of construction of single-family and multi-family houses, administrative, artisan and industrial buildings, restoration and renovation of historic buildings as well as other services related to the sector (survey of existing buildings, subdivision, floor plans) and feasibility studies in general, but also interior furnishings and Furniture Elements).

PHILOSOPHY

Accomplishments are preferably followed from the conception to the executive phase and delivery of the work, with particular attention to the management and adherence to the planned schedule and costs.

EXPERTS

An area of well-established experience is the specialized field, particularly the preparation of real estate appraisals in the private sector, industrial damage appraisals and technical insurance appraisals as well as judicial appraisals in the service of the canton's courts.
